Zen Pharma

Zen Pharma operates out of A-13 and 14 in the Double Storey buildings over in Motia Khan, Pahar Ganj. This part of the city is always buzzing with people, rickshaws, and all sorts of trade. Our workspace is spread across two older units, which gives us the room we need for all the pharmaceutical stock we handle. It's never quiet here. You can always hear the street noise from the vendors and the traffic outside. Inside, we keep things simple and functional. We’ve got shelves everywhere and a few desks where we manage the billing and keep track of incoming orders. It gets a bit crowded when new shipments arrive, and we have to move things around to make space. Most of the staff live nearby, so they know the rhythm of Pahar Ganj well. We don't have fancy break rooms or a big management structure. Usually, we just huddle in the small kitchen for a quick cup of tea when there’s a break in the work. Working in Motia Khan means dealing with narrow streets and the occasional power outage, but we’ve adapted to it over the years. It’s a real, grit-on-the-ground kind of place. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't; we just focus on getting the medicines out to where they need to go every day. It’s busy and often stressful, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
