WE FIRST Consultants Private Limited is situated at 155, RPS, DDA Flats. This is in Mansarovar Park, which is part of the Shahdara area. Working out of a DDA flat gives the business a very local and accessible feel. It is a residential complex, so there are families and kids all around, which makes for a friendly environment. The flat is our main base of operations. We have converted the rooms into working spaces where we can keep our files and computers. Shahdara is a crowded and busy part of Delhi, but inside the Mansarovar Park flats, it is a bit more settled. We have our daily routine here, mostly involving a lot of paperwork and phone calls. We do not have any fancy furniture or expensive decorations. Everything is chosen for its use. It is a place where we actually work, not just a place for show. Most of the people in the building know we are here, and we try to be good neighbors. Being at 155 means we are easy to find once you enter the RPS section. We like the straightforward nature of our setup. It is just a group of people doing their jobs in a regular Delhi apartment.
