You can find us over in H-Block of New Rajinder Nagar. It’s a decent neighborhood and we’ve been part of it for some time now. We aren't one of those big chain stores you see everywhere. We are just a local place where people come to get what they need for their health. The shop isn't very large, but we try to keep it packed with the things people ask for the most. Sometimes it gets crowded in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. We just stand behind the counter and help people one by one. There’s no fancy digital displays or anything, just shelves full of medicine and basic supplies. We know most of the people who live in the block. They stop by to chat or ask for something specific. It feels like a normal part of the day to be here. We don’t have a website with a bunch of promises. We just open up in the morning and stay until the evening. If we don’t have something, we try to see if we can get it for the next day. It’s a simple way to run a business but it works for us. New Rajinder Nagar has its own pace and we just fit into that. It’s a lot of routine, but we like the familiar faces. We’ve seen kids grow up and start coming in for their own families. It makes you feel like you belong to the place. We don't bother with loyalty programs or points.
