Our office is right in the heart of Karol Bagh. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how crowded and energetic it is. There’s never a quiet moment on the streets here. We operate from a space that has seen a lot of history, and it feels like we are right in the middle of everything. The rooms are a bit older, with heavy doors and floors that have seen better days, but it has a lot of character. We spend our time managing the distribution and making sure everything is logged correctly in our books. It’s a lot of manual work sometimes, moving things around to make space for new arrivals. The heat in Karol Bagh can be quite intense during the summer months, so we have a couple of fans going all day long. We don't have a big sign or a flashy entrance; we just have our name on the door and a lot of work to get through. Most people who come to see us are regular associates who know the layout. We like being in this area because of the accessibility, even if the traffic is a mess most of the time. We just keep our heads down and focus on the stock levels and the shipping dates. It’s a very grounded way to run a business.
