Universal Well Being Pharma

Our office is located at 19/5 in West Patel Nagar, right near the Kali Mata Mandir. It’s a landmark that everyone in the area knows, so it makes finding us a lot easier for visitors. Universal Well Being Pharma has been in this part of West Patel Nagar for a good while. The street is usually full of people going to the temple or visiting the local shops. We have a modest space on the ground floor. It’s nothing fancy, just some desks, a few computers, and a lot of files stacked up in the corners. We spend our days answering the phone and keeping track of orders. It can get a bit loud outside when there is a festival or ceremony at Kali Mata Mandir, but we enjoy being part of the local community. The staff here are mostly local people who have been with us for years. We don’t have any corporate manuals or anything like that to follow. We just talk to each other and get things done. Sometimes we share a meal together in the back room when things quiet down in the late afternoon. The address 19/5 is easy to spot once you get onto the right street near the temple. We try to keep a relaxed atmosphere even when we are very busy. It’s just a normal workplace for the team at Universal Well Being Pharma. We like being in West Patel Nagar and being close to the temple keeps us grounded.
