We've been here at 2 Battery Lane for a long time. People around Rajpur Road know the building well. It’s not a fancy place, but we keep things running. Usually, the mornings are busy with people coming in early to get checked. The staff here has been around for years, so we all know each other’s names and how we work. Sometimes the traffic outside on Rajpur Road gets a bit loud, especially during the rush hours, but inside it stays mostly quiet. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us doing what needs to be done every day. If you walk down the lane, you can't miss the gate. We’ve seen many families come through these doors over the decades. It's funny how the neighborhood has changed around us while we stay pretty much the same. We handle the usual stuff you’d expect from a place like this. The rooms are plain, and we try to keep things clean and functional. It’s a lot of work keeping an old building like this in good shape, but we manage. Most of our staff lives nearby, so we really feel like a part of the local community. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything. Most people find us because their parents or neighbors told them about Tirath Ram Shah Hospital. It is a straightforward place for people who live around here. We hope that when people leave, they feel a little better than when they walked in.
