Sant Parmanand Hospital

Our spot is right here at E 20/10 in Gali No.6, which is tucked into Subhas Vihar in the North Ghonda area of Delhi. It gets pretty crowded around here most days, especially when the morning rush starts. People come in from all over the neighborhood looking for help with their health issues. It is not a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that, just a regular building where we try to get things done. Most of us have been working in this part of Delhi for years so we know how the traffic and the weather can be a real pain for anyone trying to reach us. Sometimes the power goes out or the street outside gets blocked by a truck, but we just keep the doors open. We handle a lot of patients every day and the waiting area stays busy from early morning until late evening. It is just the way things go in this part of the city. We don't have a big corporate office somewhere else; everything happens right here in these rooms. The staff knows most of the locals by name because they have been coming here for a long time. It feels more like a community spot than a big institution. We just focus on seeing whoever walks through the door and making sure they get what they need before they head back out into the heat of the city streets.
