Subhash Auto Traders

Subhash Auto Traders is tucked away on Hari Singh Nalwa Street in Karol Bagh, specifically at 23/1463. This street is legendary for car parts, and we are right in the thick of it. Our shop is a bit of a maze with shelves reaching all the way to the ceiling. We deal in all kinds of auto components, mostly for older models that are hard to find parts for. It’s a very dusty environment because of all the metal and rubber around. We spend a lot of our time looking through old ledgers and catalogs to match part numbers. There’s always a glass of tea sitting somewhere on a counter, probably getting cold. The street outside is so narrow that two cars can barely pass each other, which makes unloading deliveries a real challenge. We don't have a fancy showroom or sales staff in suits. It’s just us in our work clothes, often with grease on our hands. Customers are usually mechanics or car owners who know exactly what they need. Sometimes we have to tell people we don't have a part, but we usually know who down the street might have it. We’ve been here for years and have seen the auto market change completely. We don't bother with fancy signs or advertisements. People find us by word of mouth or just by wandering down the street. It’s a busy, gritty kind of work, but it keeps the vehicles on the road.
