This location is based in Cad Colony, specifically at II-37 in the Jor Bagh area of New Delhi. It is a very quiet and older part of the city. The trees around here are massive and provide a lot of shade for the building. Our office is part of the colony houses, so it doesn’t look like a typical business center at all. It feels much more relaxed. We work on Sony India business from this particular spot. Inside, it’s just a few simple rooms with desks and chairs. We try to keep things tidy, but papers always seem to pile up no matter what we do. The air feels a bit cooler here because of all the surrounding greenery. We don’t get much walk-in traffic, which actually helps us focus. We have a small courtyard out back where we sometimes take our lunch. It is a very steady and calm environment to work in. There are no big signs or flashing lights out front. You’ll just see a simple door with a small nameplate. It’s an unassuming place, but it serves us well for our daily work routine. The building is one of those older government-style quarters with high ceilings. We don’t have a lot of modern furniture, just some sturdy wooden tables we’ve used for years. It is a good, practical spot for us.
