Our workplace is pretty basic, just a few tables and some shelves filled with electronic components and manuals. We have a lot of paperwork piled up because we try to keep track of everything ourselves. Sunil is usually around, and we all just pitch in to keep the place running. It is not the kind of office you see in the movies. It is more of a practical workshop where we get our hands dirty. The neighborhood is very lively, especially during the festivals when the streets get blocked. We have been here for a while and have gotten to know many of the local shopkeepers. We do not have any grand visions or corporate goals to talk about. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and start working on whatever needs attention. It is a local operation through and through, and we like the independence of working this way in New Delhi. It is just us and our tools.
