Solectron Ems India Ltd

We are based in Trilok Puri, Delhi, specifically at Block No-11, House No-256. It’s a typical residential-commercial mix area where everyone knows their neighbors. Our setup here for Solectron Ems India Ltd is pretty basic. We use the space to handle various electronic manufacturing tasks. It’s not a high-tech lab with glass walls or anything like that. It’s more of a workshop feel. The rooms are filled with tools, testing equipment, and boxes of parts waiting to be assembled. Delhi weather can be quite harsh, so we spend a lot of time either avoiding the heat or the cold depending on the month. The street outside is usually full of kids playing or people heading to the local market. It gets noisy, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't have a big corporate structure here. There are just a few of us who handle everything from checking the inventory to shipping out the finished bits. We often eat our lunch together and talk about the news or the cricket scores. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or advertisements. Most people find us because they need specific work done and they know we are here in the neighborhood. It is a practical way to work. We just try to do a solid job and get home to our families in the evening. Sometimes the commute through the city traffic is the hardest part of the whole day.
