Sir Ganga Ram Hospital

Old Rajinder Nagar has its own rhythm, and being at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital right near the Karol Bagh Metro Station puts us right in the middle of it. It’s an older part of the city, and the hospital has been here through so many changes. You can see the history in the walls and the way the corridors are laid out. We don’t go in for fancy mission statements or corporate branding. This is just where we work. My day usually starts with a walk past the local shops before I head inside. The building is always buzzing with people from all over. It’s not always perfectly quiet or organized, but we manage to keep things moving. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking through records. It’s basic, everyday work. Sometimes the elevators take a minute, and you end up chatting with someone while you wait. Those little moments are what make the job what it is. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to make sure the people who come here get what they need without too much trouble. The neighborhood is full of students and families, and we see a bit of everyone. It’s a busy life, and it’s definitely not a desk job where you just sit still. We’re always on the move, doing what needs to be done to keep the day going smoothly.
