We started Shiva Medichem Exports Pvt. Ltd. quite a few years back now and it has been quite a journey for all of us. Being located at 2027/7 Chunna Mandi puts us right in the heart of things which can get really busy but we actually like it that way. Most days it is just about getting the work done and making sure our clients get what they need without too much fuss. We deal with chemical exports and it involves a lot of paperwork and checking things twice. The office is not very fancy or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we spend most of our time. Sometimes the traffic in Chunna Mandi is a real headache especially in the afternoons but you get used to it after a while. We have a small team here and everyone knows what they are supposed to do. We don't really go for big speeches or fancy titles. It is more about just staying on top of the orders. The phone rings a lot and there is always someone coming or going. That is just how the export business works I guess. We have been in this spot for a long time and the neighbors know us. It is funny how the area has changed but our building stays pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down and keep moving forward with the daily tasks. It is not always easy but it is what we do.
