Rajguru Road is always packed. We've got two units here, 2643 and 2348. It’s a lot of walking back and forth. Pahar Ganj has its own rhythm, you know? It’s noisy, dusty, and there's always someone looking for something specific. We spend most of the morning just unpacking crates and checking the lists. It's not a fancy setup. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we're too busy with the actual work to worry about that. Sometimes the traffic gets so bad that the delivery rickshaws can’t even get to the door. We just carry the boxes by hand then. It’s hard work, especially when it’s hot outside. We’ve been at Shiv Pharma for a while now. Most of the neighbors know us by name. We aren't trying to change the world or anything; we just make sure the stock is where it needs to be. The ledger stays on the main desk, usually under a half-empty cup of chai. If you come by, you’ll see us sorting through strips and bottles. It’s just what we do every day from morning until the shutters go down. There isn’t much more to it than that. We just try to keep things organized enough so we don't lose track of what’s in the back room. It’s a bit of a squeeze when a big shipment comes in, but we make it work somehow.
