Our place is over in Laxmi Nagar, specifically in the Kishan Kunj Colonies at 72 B. It’s a busy neighborhood, and finding a parking spot can be a real challenge sometimes. We’ve got Sumit and Dennis Paul here, and we’ve been running this Samsung spot for a good while. You can usually reach us on the landline or the mobiles if we aren't tied up with a customer. The office isn't anything fancy, just a room filled with tools and devices that need looking at. We get a lot of students and young professionals coming in because of where we’re located. Most of the day is spent troubleshooting why a phone won't charge or trying to fix a software glitch. It can get pretty cramped when a few people show up at the same time. We don't have a big waiting room, so people often stand around or come back later. We try to be straightforward about what we can do and what we can't. Sometimes the phones are just too old to fix, and we have to tell people that. It’s just us here, working through the pile of repairs. We’ve lived and worked in Delhi for years, so we’re used to the noise and the pace of Laxmi Nagar. It’s a lot of work, but it keeps us busy. We are usually here until late evening trying to finish up the day's tasks.
