Samsung

Our place is located right in Lane Number 9 over in Gobind Puri. It’s House Number 975. If you know the Kalkaji area, you know it gets pretty crowded and the lanes can be a bit narrow to navigate sometimes. We’ve been set up here for a bit, mostly just looking after whatever Samsung stuff the locals bring by. It’s not a huge space, but it works for what we need. Most of the morning is spent checking in phones or talking to people about their appliances that stopped working out of nowhere. It gets noisy outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the work at hand. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, which is a pain, but we manage. We aren't doing anything fancy here. It’s just a regular spot where you can come if your tech is acting up. We see a lot of people from the nearby houses and shops. It feels more like a community thing than a big office. Sometimes we have a lot of back-and-forth with the main office to get things right, but we try to get it done as soon as we can. We've got a small bench for people to sit on while they wait for their turn. It’s nothing special to look at, but we’re here every day except Sundays usually.
