Samsung

We’ve been here in Rohini for a while now. The shop is at G-6/31 in Sector-16. It’s a busy spot, usually lots of cars and people walking by to the market. We handle a lot of the Samsung gear that people bring in. Sometimes it’s a cracked screen or a battery that just won't hold a charge anymore. You know how it is. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons here, but we keep the place running. Most days it’s just us dealing with the paperwork and making sure things get sorted out. People come in from around the neighborhood, usually looking for help with their phones or asking about a new fridge they saw. We try to keep it simple. There’s no big fancy lobby or anything, just a desk and some chairs where you can wait. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive, and we have to call people back. It’s just the way it goes with electronics. We’ve seen all sorts of stuff come through these doors over the years. Some people are in a big hurry, others just want to chat for a bit while we look at their devices. We are just around the corner from the main road, so it’s not too hard to find us if you’re looking. It feels like we know most of the regulars by now. Anyway, that’s basically what we do here in Sector-16. Just a normal day-to-day operation.
