Rivpra Formulation Pvt. Ltd. is located in Saini Enclave. We are at No. 7, Flat No. 4 on the first floor. It is a bit of an interesting spot because we are right opposite the MCD Dispensary and very close to the Karkardooma Metro Station. It’s actually quite handy being near the metro since most of our staff uses it every day to avoid the Delhi traffic. The office is in a building that feels more like a home than a big corporate tower. We like it that way. It’s a bit more relaxed. We do formulations here, which involves a lot of technical details and careful checking of ingredients. It’s not a huge place, so we all end up talking to each other quite a bit throughout the day. We don't have a lot of fancy rules or a dress code. As long as the work gets done and the quality is right, we are happy. Sometimes it gets a little cramped when we have a lot of files to go through, but we make it work. It feels like a neighborhood business even though we deal with pharmaceutical stuff. We know the people at the local shops and it just has a nice, local feel to it. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just working hard and making sure our products are reliable for the people using them.
