Saffron India

Our place is over in Jhandewalan on DB Gupta Road. We are in unit C 202. It’s an old building but it serves us well enough. Most mornings start with a quick tea before we get into the tasks. The area is always loud with cars and people moving around, which is typical for this part of the city. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Inside Saffron India, it’s mostly just us working through the piles of stuff that needs doing. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything. Just plain walls and enough light to see what we are doing. We try to stay organized but sometimes the paperwork gets ahead of us. DB Gupta Road is a busy stretch, so we usually hear the horns all day long. We have a small crew here. Everyone knows what they have to do. We don't spend much time on meetings. We just talk across the room. It’s simpler that way. If someone needs something, they just walk over to the desk. We keep the kettle going for most of the afternoon. It’s a decent place to work. Nothing too special, just a local business trying to stay busy and keep the lights on. We like the neighborhood even if it is a bit crowded. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything here in the city.
