We operate Gupta Bros.(India) out of the 110084 area in New Delhi. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood—always moving, always a bit noisy, and full of life. We’ve been here for a long time, and we’ve seen the city change quite a bit around us. Our office is a practical space. We don’t have expensive furniture or a lobby with a waterfall. We just have desks, computers, and people who know what they’re doing. We don’t go for sounding corporate or using big words to sound important. We just speak plain English and get to the point. Most of us here have been with the company for a long time, so we’re more like a small community than just coworkers. We handle our daily operations with a bit of grit and a lot of patience. Sometimes things go wrong, a delivery is late or a phone line acts up, but we just deal with it. We don't make a big deal out of things. We just want to provide what our customers need without any unnecessary fuss. Being in New Delhi means there’s always a new challenge every day, but that’s what keeps it interesting.
