Saaras Masale

We operate out of House Number 127 in Old Arya Nagar. It is an older part of town, so the lanes are a bit narrow and things move a little slower here compared to the main roads. Saaras Masale is something we put our hearts into every single day. We deal with spices mostly. The air around the house always has that sharp, peppery smell that sticks to your clothes. Some people might find it too much, but we have grown used to it over the years. We don't have a huge factory or a big fleet of trucks. It is mostly just us and a few helpers getting things packed and ready. Every morning starts with checking the quality of the seeds and dried chilies that come in. If it is not good, we don't use it. It is a lot of manual work, sitting and sorting through everything. We have lived in Old Arya Nagar for a long time, so the neighbors are like family to us. They often stop by to chat while we are working on the porch. We don't do much marketing. People find us because they know the name and where we live. It is a simple life. We work when the sun is up and close shop when it is time for dinner. Sometimes we run out of stock faster than we thought, and we have to work late to catch up. But that is just part of the job. We just want to make good spices.
