S. N. G. Agro Impex is tucked away at number 4091 in Naya Bazaar. If you know the Delhi grain markets, you know Naya Bazaar is the place where everything happens. It’s an old building, and the stairs are a bit narrow and steep. Downstairs, the street is always packed with laborers carrying heavy sacks of pulses and rice on their backs. Our office is more of a place to sit, handle the ledgers, and take calls from wholesalers. It’s not a modern setup with glass walls. We have wooden desks that have been around for years and stacks of registers everywhere. The air is always a bit dusty from all the grain being moved around outside. We spend a lot of time checking samples and discussing prices over the phone. It’s a fast-paced environment even though it looks old-fashioned. We don't have a website that we update or anything like that; we just work based on the relationships we’ve built over time in the market. Sometimes it’s so loud outside with the shouting and the horns that we have to close the windows just to hear each other. We eat our lunch together in the small back room. It’s a simple life, focused on the quality of the agro products we handle. We’ve been in this spot for a long time and don't plan on moving anywhere else soon because this is where the business is.
