Shop 48/161 in Kamla Market is where we do our work. It’s a busy spot and sometimes the noise from the street gets right inside, but we don't mind much. People come to us when their crops aren't looking right or when they need specific seeds for the next season. We have a lot of bags and containers sitting around the floor. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, but it’s a working shop. We spend most of the morning talking to farmers who come in from the nearby villages. They have a lot of questions about fertilizers and how to keep pests away. We just try to give them straight answers based on what we know. Sometimes we have to look things up in some old manuals we keep behind the counter. The counter itself is a bit scratched up from all the heavy stuff we put on it. We don't have fancy displays. Most things are just stacked where they fit. When the sun gets high, it can get a bit hot in here, but we have a small fan that keeps the air moving. It’s just us here every day, trying to help out with the local agriculture business. We’ve been here for years and know most of the people by name. It’s a good life even if it’s a bit dusty and loud. We just focus on the local land and what grows here.
