Rocklant Hospital

We are located in the Karol Bagh area. It’s a very crowded part of the city, which means there is always something going on outside our doors. The name on the sign is Rocklant Hospital. Finding us is pretty easy if you know the Karol Bagh market area well, though parking is always a headache around here. The building itself isn't too tall, but we use every inch of the space we have. The rooms are a bit small, but we keep them as neat as we can. Working here means you get used to the sounds of the neighborhood. We have a small team that handles everything from the front desk to the patient care. It feels a bit like a family because we see each other more than our actual families sometimes. The paint is peeling a little bit in the corner of the waiting room, but we’re planning to fix that soon. We don't have a big corporate office elsewhere; we’re just right here on the ground. Most of our patients are locals who walk over from the nearby streets. It’s a straightforward operation. We handle the paperwork, see the patients, and keep the doors open. There are no frills here, just a lot of hard work and many cups of tea throughout the day. It’s a bit noisy and cramped sometimes, but we make it work. That’s just life in Karol Bagh for us. We wouldn't know what to do with ourselves if it was quiet.
