Reliance Retail

The Reliance Retail point is located at D-172 in Tagore Garden, New Delhi. It is a busy neighborhood, and we are right in the thick of it. The shop is a place where we keep things moving every single day. We don’t have a fancy corporate office with glass walls. Instead, we have shelves that need stocking and floors that need sweeping. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. We see a lot of local residents coming in to buy their daily items. We know a few of them by name now. We don't use any scripts when we talk to people. If someone asks where the sugar is, we just point them to it. It’s simple and honest. Delhi can be very hot or very cold, but we are here regardless. We spend most of our time making sure the inventory is right and that the place stays organized. It’s not always perfect; sometimes a delivery is late or something gets knocked over, but we just deal with it. We aren't interested in making big marketing claims. We are just a retail store in 110027 trying to be useful to the people who live nearby. It’s a regular routine of opening up, helping customers, and closing down at night. We just do our work and go home to our families like everyone else. There is always something that needs to be done.
