Reddy Pharmaceutical Ltd. is located right in the middle of Patpar Ganj Industrial Area at No B/7. If you know the area, you know it’s always buzzing with trucks and people moving things around. Our office is where the managing director sits, but the whole place is pretty much dedicated to the work. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. It’s an industrial block, so expect some dust and a lot of noise from the neighbors. We’ve been here long enough that the guards at the gate know us by name. Most days, it’s just a lot of logistics and dealing with the pharmacy supplies that come through. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at inventory lists. It gets hot in the summers, but we have some fans going and we just get on with it. There’s a lot to keep track of when you’re dealing with medicine, so we try to stay organized, even if the desk looks a bit cluttered sometimes. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to write nice things about us. It’s just us, working in the unit, making sure the orders are processed. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out. It’s just how it is working in Patpar Ganj. We like being part of the bustle here, even if it gets a bit overwhelming on busy afternoons. The lunchroom is just a few chairs around a table in the back corner where we eat.
