Our office is over in Sector-11 of Rohini, specifically at F-2/151 on the ground floor. It’s a convenient spot because we don’t have to climb any stairs to get to our desks. Being in Rohini means we are in a more suburban part of New Delhi, which has a different feel than the city center. We help people with advice, so we get a lot of people coming in to ask for help with their paperwork or business decisions. The office is pretty simple, with a front room where we meet people and a back area where we keep the records. We have a few plants that we try to keep alive, though we sometimes forget to water them. The street outside is usually quiet in the mornings and gets busier as the day goes on. We don’t have any big signs or neon lights, just a small nameplate. Our work involves a lot of reading through regulations and making sure everything is in order for our clients. It’s an LLP, so there’s a sense of partnership in everything we do. We usually start the day with a quick talk about what’s on the plate and then just get to it. Sometimes we take a break and sit outside on the steps when the weather is nice. It’s a very grounded, local kind of office. We have been here for a couple of years and the people around the block are friendly enough to us.
