Our office is on the first floor of BD Chamber, which is at 101 D.B. Gupta Road in Karol Bagh. If you know Karol Bagh, you know how packed and lively it is. There’s always someone shouting or a horn honking down on the street. We’re up one flight of stairs, which keeps us a little away from the main sidewalk chaos. Inside, we spend our time working on ads and layouts. It’s not a giant agency like you see on TV. It’s just a handful of us sitting at desks with our monitors. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling noise, but we don't mind it much. There are stacks of old newspapers and print proofs tucked into corners because we don't like throwing things away if we might need them later. People come in to talk about their businesses and how to get the word out. We just listen and try to come up with something that works for them. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just know how to get things printed and placed where people will see them. Being in Karol Bagh means we’re right in the middle of the trade, which suits us just fine. It’s a hardworking atmosphere, and we’re just part of the local mix of shops and offices.
