We operate Qualtra Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. from Unit No. 23 in the Dr. Sandeep Complex, right by the Shiva Market in Pitampura. Having the market so close is handy for when we need to grab something quick for lunch. The office is tucked away in the complex, and it’s a bit of a maze if you don’t know your way around. We’ve been here for several years now, and the space has become quite familiar. It’s filled with shelves and desks, mostly piled with files and logs. We handle the day-to-day tasks of a pharmaceutical company without much drama. It’s mostly about keeping things moving and making sure our records stay accurate. We aren't the type to have big celebrations or corporate retreats. Usually, we just share a pot of tea and talk about what needs to be finished by the end of the week. The market outside is always noisy, but once you’re inside the unit, it’s a bit quieter. We’ve got a small team here, and most of us have been working together for a long time. We know the quirks of the building, like which light switch is a bit loose or which window lets in a draft during the winter. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and go home. That’s our life here in Pitampura, and we like it.
