Our office is C-73 in Preet Vihar, and we are quite close to the Shiv Mandir. You can often hear the bells from the temple in the mornings, which is a nice break from the traffic noise. Preet Vihar is a lively area with lots of people walking around. We are into the pharmaceutical side of things, so there is always plenty of paperwork to go through. The building is a standard one for this area, nothing too tall. Inside, we have our desks arranged in a way that lets us talk to each other without shouting. It is a regular private limited company setup, just a group of us trying to keep things organized. We spend a lot of time on calls with distributors. The landmark of the Shiv Mandir helps people find us when they are coming for the first time. We keep a kettle in the corner for making tea, which is pretty much essential around here. The street outside can get quite jammed in the evenings. We don't really do anything flashy. It is just a lot of checking lists, making sure the labels are right, and talking to the delivery guys. We have been at this spot for some time now and it feels like home. There isn't any corporate talk here, just plain work. We just show up, do the hours, and head back home like everyone else in Delhi.
