We have been here in Karol Bagh at this spot on Hari Singh Nalwa Street for quite a while now. Running Pramod Auto Agency takes up most of the day since there's always someone coming in looking for specific parts or needing something fixed. The street gets pretty busy, especially around 39/2059 where our shop is. Most of the time, it's just about getting the work done and making sure people have what they need for their vehicles. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular shop with grease on the floor and stacks of boxes everywhere. Sometimes we have what you need right away, and other times we have to look through the back or wait for a delivery. The heat in the summer makes the work a bit slower, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don't really do much advertising. People just know we are here. Most mornings start with a cup of tea while looking over what needs to be sorted. Dealing with car components and engines is what we do. It’s a lot of manual work and hands-on stuff. The walls are covered in old calendars and charts we've had for years. It's not just about selling parts; it's about knowing which bolt fits a model from ten years ago. Sometimes traffic on Hari Singh Nalwa Street gets so backed up that deliveries take a long time. We just wait it out. The 39/2059 address has become a second home to us. You get used to the noise of the horns and the smell of diesel. It’s just part of being in Karol Bagh.
