Qualtra Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Unit 23, Plot No 5, inside the Dr. Sandeep Complex in Pitampura. We are pretty close to the Balaji Mandir, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us for the first time. The complex itself has a lot of different businesses, so it’s always a bit active. Our unit isn't huge, but it's enough for what we need to do. We spend our days dealing with pharmaceutical supplies and managing the various documents that come with that. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we’re used to it. The atmosphere in the office is fairly relaxed. We don't wear suits or have formal meetings every hour. We just talk across the desks when something needs to be done. Pitampura is a busy part of New Delhi, and sometimes the parking situation around the complex is a bit of a headache. Despite that, it’s a good location for us. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. We don't have any big, impressive lobby. You just walk in, and there we are, working away. It’s a practical, local business. We focus on getting the orders right and making sure the inventory is counted correctly. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do, and we’ve been doing it this way for quite a while now without making many changes.
