Pioneer Pharma

We’re up on the 5th floor of Padma Palace, which is at No. 86 in Nehru Place. Most people think of computers when they hear Nehru Place, but Pioneer Pharma has its own little corner here. Being on the 5th floor means we spend a bit of time waiting for the lift, or taking the stairs if we’re in a hurry. The office is pretty basic. We have a few windows that look out over the rooftops of other buildings. It’s a bit of a maze in this building sometimes. We’ve got stacks of paper and some computer screens that are always on. It’s a busy atmosphere because Nehru Place never really sleeps during the day. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a fancy waiting lounge. It’s just a place where we come to work. We spend the day talking on the phone and checking the inventory. The noise from the street below is always there in the background, but you get used to it after a week or two. It feels like a real place, not some sterile corporate office. We just keep our heads down and handle the business as it comes. It’s a lot of routine work, but it’s what keeps things moving for us here at Padma Palace. We just focus on the task in front of us.
