We are located at No. 402 on the second floor in the Patparganj Industrial Area. Being in an industrial zone means there are always trucks moving and a lot of dust in the air. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle the pharmaceutical side of the business. It’s not a retail shop, so we don't get walk-in customers often. Mostly it’s just the staff and the logistics guys. We have a lot of shelves for the inventory and a few desks for the administrative work. The second floor stays a bit quieter than the street level, which helps when we are doing the accounts. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up using the stairs quite a bit. It’s good exercise, though not fun when carrying heavy folders. We’ve been in F.I.E. Patparganj for a long time now. It’s a practical spot for distribution because of the highway links. We don't focus on looking fancy. Our walls are just plain, and we have the usual office furniture that’s seen better days. We just care about getting the orders packed and shipped correctly. Every day is pretty much the same routine of checking stocks and answering emails. It’s a quiet life in a noisy area. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on our daily work. There's a tea stall downstairs where we go during our break when things get slow.
