Patel & Sons is located on the first floor of Plot No.3085/35 in Bidanpura. We are right near the park, which is one of the few places in Karol Bagh where you can see a bit of green. Being on the first floor means we are a little bit removed from the noise of the street, but you can still hear the honking and the hustle of the market below. Our office is a straightforward place with some old desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We’ve been in Karol Bagh for a long time and have seen it become the busy hub it is today. Most of our day is spent dealing with customers and keeping track of our records. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so it feels more relaxed than those big corporate offices in the center of the city. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If someone comes by, they just walk in and we talk over a cup of tea. The building is older, so the lift doesn't always work, and we often just take the stairs. We don't spend money on marketing or big advertisements; most people find us because they know the family or have worked with us before. It’s a decent way to spend the day, doing work we understand in a neighborhood we know well. We just keep things simple and try to do a good job for the people who rely on us.
