We are Ozone Electronics Pvt Ltd, based right here in New Delhi. Our office is a typical city workspace. It isn't in one of those huge malls; it’s just a regular spot where we can get our work done without too much fuss. Being in Delhi means there’s always noise from the traffic and the sounds of the city coming through the walls. We have our desks set up with the usual computers and piles of files that seem to never go away. The electronics side of the business keeps us pretty occupied throughout the week. We don’t have any slick presentations or corporate slogans to show off. It’s just us, the staff, sitting in our chairs and handling the orders that come through. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. The air conditioner hums in the corner, and we usually have some files open on the desk that we’ve been meaning to get to. It’s the kind of place where you know where everything is, even if it looks a bit cluttered to someone else. We’ve been operating in the city for a while now. We know the rhythms of the day, when to avoid the main roads and when the lunch spots are going to be full. It’s just a normal job for us. We show up, we do the work, and we head home.
