Orion Impex Pvt. Ltd. is based over in Patparganj, specifically on the second floor of that B-27 building in the Functional Industrial Estate. If you know the area, it’s always got trucks and people moving things around at all hours. We’ve been here for a while now, dealing with all the paperwork and logistics that come with an impex business. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done. Usually, the phone is ringing or someone is checking on a shipment status. It gets pretty hot in the summers, but we have the fans going. We handle a lot of different items, and there’s always a crate or a box being moved somewhere. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much if the lift isn't working, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. Our team is small, mostly just local folks who know how things work in this industrial hub. We keep track of everything on old ledgers and some computers too. It’s a lot of coordination with suppliers and making sure things arrive on time. You can find us up those stairs, past the other workshops. It’s a busy spot, especially on Mondays when everything resets for the week. We just try to keep things moving without too much fuss. Most of our day is spent talking to drivers and checking customs papers. It’s honest work, and we’ve gotten used to the noise of the estate around us.
