Our office is at A-101/3 in Okhla Industrial Area, specifically Phase 2. The ND-20 area is always full of trucks and tempos. It’s an industrial vibe through and through. You won’t find many fancy shops around here, just a lot of warehouses and factories. We are in one of the blocks that has been here for a long time. The building is solid, mostly concrete and metal. We handle the import-export side of things from a few rooms on the ground floor. It’s easier for moving boxes in and out. The air is always a bit dusty because of all the traffic nearby, but that’s Okhla for you. We have a small staff. Some have been here since the start. We drink a lot of water and tea while we look over the manifests. There isn't any fancy art on the walls, just some maps and schedules. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just write down what needs to be done and we do it. The afternoon heat can be tough, but the fans keep things moving. We usually close up once the main truck traffic starts to die down in the evening. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We’ve been part of this industrial patch for years and we’ve seen it change quite a bit. It is a noisy place, but we have made it our home.
