Om Pharmaceuticals is located at No. 1596/3/2 on the second floor of a new building in Bhagirath Palace. If you know Chandni Chowk, you know how crowded and hectic Bhagirath Palace can be. It is the biggest wholesale market for medicines, so we are right in the thick of it. Our office is up on the second floor, which is a bit of a climb but it’s where we do all our business. We spend the day taking orders from retailers and making sure the stock is ready for pick-up or delivery. The hallways in this building are always narrow and filled with people carrying boxes, so it's a very active place. Inside, we have our shelves lined with different pharma products. It’s not a quiet or polished office; it’s a place where work actually happens. We’ve got the fans going and the phones are usually ringing off the hook with people asking for prices or availability. We’ve been here for a while and we know the market inside out. Sometimes it feels a bit chaotic with all the traffic in Old Delhi, but that’s just the way it works here. We don’t really have time for anything except getting the orders filled. It’s a very traditional way of doing business, face to face or over a quick phone call. We just keep things moving every day and try to stay on top of the list of things we need to get done.
