We’re located at E-360 on the first level in Nirman Vihar, right on the main Vikas Marg. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always a lot of noise and movement outside our windows. Docman Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. isn't some hidden lab in the woods. We are right in the thick of it. Being on the first floor makes it easy for people to find us, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We’ve got the lab equipment and the office space set up to be functional. We aren't into big decorations or trying to impress people with a lobby. We’d rather just focus on the pharmaceutical work we have to do. The team here is a mix of people who have been with us for years. We have a pretty set routine. We get in, check the samples or the paperwork, and get moving. Vikas Marg is always buzzing, and that energy kind of seeps into the office. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just run a lab and try to stay on top of the regulations and the workload. It’s a lot of detail-oriented stuff, so we try to keep the distractions to a minimum. It’s a decent place to work, even if the traffic outside never seems to stop. We’ve gotten used to the sirens and the honking. It’s just part of the day here.
