Ridley Life Science Pvt. Ltd. is out in Narela at the DSIDC Industrial Complex. Our address is D-1651. Being out here means we have a bit more space than the offices in the middle of Delhi, but it’s definitely an industrial vibe. It is all about production and science here. The building is built for work, not for looking pretty. We have high ceilings and concrete floors that are easy to clean. Most of the day is spent checking on the machines or looking over the latest batches we have made. It can get a bit hot in the summer, but we have some fans going and we just get on with it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or fancy art. Our focus is on the actual products we make. We have a lot of workers who live nearby and they just come in and do their shifts. It is a very straightforward operation. We don't use a lot of marketing fluff because the products speak for themselves. If something breaks, we fix it. If an order is late, we work extra to get it done. That’s just how it goes in Narela. It’s a long way from the fancy malls, but it is where the real work happens for us. We just keep our heads down and keep the lines running.
