Care Formulation Labs Pvt. Ltd. is based in the DSIIDC Narela Industrial Area, at E-673. This is a real industrial zone, so it’s all about warehouses, factories, and big vehicles. It’s not the most scenic place, but it’s where the real work happens. Our facility is focused on formulations, so there is a lot of technical stuff going on inside. It can be quite loud with the machinery and the fans going constantly to keep the air moving. We wear our lab coats and follow the routine every day. The office part is just a few rooms partitioned off from the main floor. It smells a bit like chemicals and cleaning supplies, which is just part of the job. We have a lot of paperwork because of all the regulations, so the desks are usually covered in files. Lunch is usually a quick affair because there is always something that needs monitoring. Narela is a bit far out, so it’s a long commute for some of us, but the community of workers here is strong. We don't talk about missions or visions; we just talk about batch numbers and delivery schedules. It is a tough environment, especially in the heat of summer, but we’ve got a good team that doesn't complain much. We just show up, do the formulations, and make sure everything is packed correctly before the day ends.
