You can find us at B-257 in Naraina Industrial Area Phase-1. If you've ever been to this part of town, you know it's all business and factories. Winsome Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. fits right in with the rest of the neighborhood. It’s a busy place with a lot of noise from the nearby units, but we don't mind. Our place is where the actual work happens. We focus on the lab side of things, so there is always a lot of technical stuff going on, but at the end of the day, we are just a team trying to do a good job. We have been in Phase-1 for a good while and have seen the area change quite a bit. The roads can be a bit rough after the rain, but that's just part of being in an industrial zone. We spend our time checking batches and making sure the equipment is running right. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important to us. We don't have a fancy lobby or a lot of decorations. Most of the space is taken up by the gear we need for the lab work. We have a small crew and we all know each other’s names. We drink a lot of tea and stay late when we have to. It's just how a small private limited company works in a place like Naraina. We stay focused on the tasks in front of us. There is a sense of community among the workers in this block, and we like that about being here.
