Miglani Pharmaceuticals is based at No. 3/54 on the ground floor in Old Rajinder Nagar. It’s a pretty established part of the city, and the streets have that lived-in feel that you don't find everywhere. Being on the ground floor makes it much easier for us to move the stock in and out without having to deal with elevators or narrow stairs. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when a big shipment arrives, but we’ve gotten good at stacking things efficiently. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some old wooden desks and a clock on the wall that’s always five minutes fast. Most of our day is spent looking at spreadsheets or talking to delivery drivers who are trying to find the right turn in Rajinder Nagar. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of students and small shops, so there is always people walking by our window. We try to keep the place tidy, but with so many boxes coming and going, it’s a constant battle. We don't use any fancy corporate talk here because we’re just regular people trying to do our jobs. We make sure the medicines are stored right and the orders are filled correctly. On rainy days, the water tends to pool a bit near the entrance, so we have to be careful. It’s just a normal workplace where everyone knows their role and we get things done.
