Max Super Speciality Hospital

This spot is at No. 2 Press Enclave Road in Saket, right where the traffic usually starts to bunch up in the morning. It’s a pretty large setup and there are always people moving around the entrance. We have a lot of staff members coming in for the early shift, mostly just trying to get their coffee and get started. The lobby is quite wide and has these big glass doors that never seem to stay closed for long. We don’t really do much in the way of fancy stuff here. It’s mostly about keeping the schedules running and making sure the patients find the right rooms. Some of the floors are quieter than others, but the ground floor is always a bit noisy with people asking for directions. We’ve got a system for the files, but with so many people, it’s a lot to handle. The air inside smells like cleaning supplies most of the time. Outside, you can hear the horns of the cars on the main road. We spend our days answering phones and filling out forms. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. There are some chairs in the corner that are actually quite comfortable if you get a chance to sit down. Most of the time, we’re just on our feet. It's just a regular hospital environment on Press Enclave Road. It’s a place built for a purpose and it stays open all hours.
