Down here at B-1 Yadav Park, the surroundings are pretty simple and that is how we like it. Feron Life Sciences has its roots in this little corner of New Delhi. It is not the kind of place you would find in a big glass office building. Instead, we are right there on the ground level, dealing with the daily realities of the pharmaceutical trade. Every morning starts with opening the shutters and letting the light in. The shelves are packed with products, and there is always a list of things that need to be sent out or checked. It can get a bit cramped when a new shipment arrives, but we manage to find a place for everything eventually. The floor is concrete and the walls are plain, which suits the work we do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through spreadsheets to make sure our inventory is correct. It is basic, honest work that requires a lot of attention to detail. The area around Yadav Park can get quite busy with local traffic, but inside we just focus on the job. We don't have any big slogans or complicated ways of doing things. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and make sure the business keeps moving forward one day at a time. Sometimes the afternoon sun hits the front of the shop and it gets quite warm, but we just keep the fans running.
