Lifespan Diabetes & Cardiometabolic Clinic

Our clinic is in the basement of Plot No 96, over at Dda Site No. 1 in New Rajender Nagar. It’s fairly easy to find if you’re near the Pusa Institute. We focus mostly on diabetes and heart-related issues, which keeps us pretty busy since so many people deal with those things these days. Being in the basement, it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is nice. We have a small waiting area and a few rooms for consultations and testing. It’s not a big hospital, just a specialized clinic where we spend time looking at blood sugar levels and checking how people's hearts are doing. People usually come in for their regular follow-ups or because their local doctor suggested a more specific checkup. We have the usual machines for testing, and we try to get the results back as quickly as the lab allows. Sometimes there’s a wait if a consultation runs over, but that’s just how it goes when you’re talking about health. The staff knows the drill—checking blood pressure, taking samples, and keeping the files in order. It’s a quiet, serious place because of the kind of work we do, but we try to make it comfortable enough for everyone who visits. Most of our patients have been coming to us for years for their regular maintenance and they appreciate that we know their history.
