You can find us over at 902-Block-4 in Kailash Dham, right in Sector 50 of Noida. Being in a residential area like this means we see a lot of the same faces, which is nice. This isn't a big retail store with bright lights and salesmen following you around. We’re more of a support spot for Lg Electronics. Since the office is located within the block, it feels a lot more like a home-based setup than a corporate one. We spend our days answering calls and looking at equipment that needs a bit of care. Noida has grown so much lately, but our little corner in Sector 50 stays pretty much the same. The quiet here lets us concentrate on the technical work without too many distractions. There isn't any marketing fluff to be found here. We just tell you what's wrong and how it can be helped. Our workspace is filled with manuals and parts, which might look like a mess to an outsider, but it’s how we stay productive. We’ve been at this address for a while and have become a small part of the local community. It’s just us doing our bit to keep things running for the people living in Kailash Dham. Sometimes the place might be locked for an hour if we run out for parts, but we're usually around. Talking directly to one of us is what happens when you call. It’s a very direct way to run a business. We like it that way.
