Kwality Paneer

Kwality Paneer is located in Sector 14, right at SCF 26. If you know the area, you know it's a busy little hub. We start our day very early, usually when most people are still asleep, because the fresh stock comes in before dawn. Our place isn't big, but it’s always busy with the sound of knives hitting cutting boards and the hum of the refrigerators. We deal mostly with milk products, especially the paneer that we are known for in this neighborhood. People from the nearby blocks come in every morning to get their supplies for the day. It’s a simple shop at SCF 26, nothing too decorative. We keep the floors wet from cleaning and the counters wiped down. Sometimes we run out of stock by the afternoon if the demand is high, and then we just have to wait for the next delivery. We don't have a website or a social media manager. It’s just us behind the counter, weighing things out and wrapping them in plastic. We've been in Sector 14 for a good number of years. You get to know the faces of the regulars and what they usually want. It's a straightforward business. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just provide what the locals need for their kitchens. It’s a lot of lifting and standing on our feet, but it’s what we do.
