Arvind Dairy Products is right in the heart of Karol Bagh, specifically at 5600/77 in Reger Pura. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how packed and lively it is. Our shop is right there in the middle of it all. It’s a busy area with lots of narrow lanes and people moving around constantly. We have a small space where we keep our dairy items. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the floor gets a bit worn down from all the foot traffic, but it’s an honest place. We open up early because that’s when the neighborhood wakes up. You can hear the sounds of the market right outside our door. We spend a lot of our time chatting with customers who have been coming to us for years. They don't want anything fancy; they just want their milk or ghee or whatever else we have in stock that day. We keep the counters wiped down and the crates stacked as neatly as we can in such a small area. Karol Bagh is a tough place to navigate, but we’ve gotten used to the chaos. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to scramble, but that’s just part of life here. We don't have a big marketing plan. We just stay at 5600/77 and wait for the regulars to show up every morning.
